Elyse Familant

Elyse is a seasoned PR strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping technology, cybersecurity and healthcare companies build visibility and credibility in competitive markets.

She specializes in shaping clear, compelling narratives that align with industry trends and resonate with both business and trade media. Elyse has secured hundreds of placements in leading publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Forbes, and top IT and industry outlets such as CIO, WIRED, InfoWorld, Healthcare IT News, Modern Healthcare, Security Magazine, and Dark Reading. She has also secured client appearances on national and local television, including 60 Minutes.

Elyse works closely with clients to position their stories in the right media outlets and ensure consistent visibility across media, search, and digital platforms. She has guided companies through periods of rapid growth, IPOs, acquisitions, and other major milestones.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a concentration in communication arts and marketing. Elyse is also a certified yoga, Pilates, and spinning instructor and has been teaching fitness classes for more than 25 years.


Jeff Drew

Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in technology public relations, helping both early stage and established companies build awareness, credibility, and market position.

Prior to Results PR, Jeff spent 17 years at fama PR, where he played a key role in the firm’s growth into one of Boston’s leading high tech PR agencies. He led several of the firm’s largest accounts, including Dassault Systèmes and Kronos, and helped guide companies through successful outcomes including public offerings and acquisitions.

Jeff remains deeply hands on in his work, leading client strategy while also developing content and securing coverage across business, technology, and vertical media. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including cloud services, data center infrastructure, cybersecurity, and manufacturing.

He began his career as a media liaison for a Massachusetts State Senator before transitioning into public relations during the early growth of the technology sector. Jeff is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross.


Kelly Martin

Kelly brings to Results PR more than 20 years' experience in social media, high-tech sales and marketing. Kelly's specialties include media relations, thought leadership development, digital marketing—web-site content creation, social media and email marketing/newsletters.

Her career includes positions at Genesys Software, Wang Laboratories and PictureTel (now Polycom), where she held responsibilities in pre-sales, call center management, channel/partner marketing, database management and corporate marketing.

Kelly regularly provides marketing consultation to small and medium-size businesses poised for growth. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Salem State University and a master's degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Kelly enjoys dance, yoga, and spending time in nature.


Michael Dowding

Michael is a thought-leadership writer for Results PR, who specializes in helping companies articulate their business and technology messages in compelling and memorable ways. With more than 30 years of writing and public relations experience in areas such as cybersecurity, healthcare/life sciences, and financial services, Michael has worked with some of the world’s leading technology brands as well as numerous emerging companies. Michael also operates his own freelance writing practice, Wordscape Communications, and teaches at Boston University’s College of Communication.

Michael earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University with a concentration in finance. He is also a graduate of Boston University where he earned both a Master of Science degree in print journalism and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in English literature with a minor in psychology.


Melinda Reinicker

Melinda brings more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity public relations and marketing. She specializes in media relations, industry research, and developing clear, compelling content including pitches, press releases, and thought leadership.

She has deep expertise in translating complex technical topics into accessible narratives that resonate with media, business, and broader audiences. Her experience includes leadership roles in cybersecurity focused organizations, where she developed and executed communications strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Prior to Results PR, Melinda served as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Retail and Hospitality ISAC, where she led marketing strategy and communications programs to support member engagement and organizational growth. She also held roles at the National Defense ISAC, NTT Security, and within the Department of Homeland Security, supporting critical cybersecurity initiatives.

Melinda holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and history from the University of Delaware.


Shelby Hiter 

Shelby is a writer, editor, and content strategist who primarily focuses on B2B technology topics, with special emphasis on healthcare and health technology, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, project management, IT thought leadership, and Big Data. As an editor and journalist, she knows what it takes to tell a compelling, relatable story for even the most complicated of technologies.
